  • Remove full height wall on right of shower and construct half wall, remove soffit above shower. Enlarge Shower to 60 x 32, Kohler Sterling Shower Base 721311000, Onyx 14” Pearl Corner Shower Seat, Semi Frameless Shower Enclosure with Brushed Nickel Hardware handle thru glass.


Tub:

  • Kept original Whirlpool tub


Faucets:

  • Tub Faucet Meon Kingsley T2111BN, Lavatory Faucets Moen Kingsley 6600BN, Shower Faucet Moen Kingsley T4111BN/3330 with /handheld Personal Shower 6302BN


Tile:

  • Shower and Bath walls Install Permabase wall boards to shower area, install shower niche, install fiberglass mesh at seams and shower corners, apply waterproofing to shower walls, install Imperial Blanco 25 x 33 wall tile, install black glass tile to niche and ribbon


Floor:

  • Install Permabase wall boards to bath floor, install Grigio Remix 30 x 60 floor tile.
